These Terms & Conditions of Use govern the rights and obligations of the user in respect of the use of the software and the F1 Bru service, whether online or on mobile devices. It is recommended that you read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, we would ask you to refrain from using this service. You shall be responsible for your Internet connection and account, without which the service provided by All Out Sports may not be used. The cost of this type of connection is subject to the agreement entered into between you and your Internet service provider. F1 Bru has no bearing whatsoever on this relationship. You must be of age in your country of origin to become a F1 Bru user. If you are not of age, you may not use our services. If you are a minor, you must have your parents’ or legal guardians’ authorisation to install the application and access its contents. They must undertake to supervise the content to which minors under their care have access.
Authorized users
The services accessible from F1 Bru may be used by all persons who are of age in their country of origin, or minors with parental authorisation and supervision. Users do not have to register. Their personal data shall therefore not be collected. Users shall be solely responsible for the use made of their devices, including the need to take all necessary precautions to protect them from viruses, Trojans and other security threats. Users undertake not to commit any acts or withhold information that may be unlawful in the country from which they access the service.
License of use
All Out Sports provides users with a non-exclusive license of use free of charge for its online / application for a limited time only and is unable to guarantee continuity. The application has been built using open source software and libraries. This license shall become valid at the time you install the application on your device and you have accepted these terms and conditions. The use of the services shall come to an end when users uninstall the application. F1 Bru may at any time suspend all or part of the services provided without the need to notify users. In such an event, users shall not be entitled to claim for compensation.
Intellectual property
By using our services, you may access contents that do not belong to F1 Bru. Any such content is the exclusive responsibility of the party that makes it available to users. F1 Bru may therefore not guarantee that such content is not in breach of third party rights. As a consequence, F1 Bru may not be held responsible for the content or the potential breach of third party rights. The use of our services does not grant any rights of ownership over their intellectual property or that of the content accessed. These terms and conditions do not grant the right to use trademarks or logos that appear on our service / site, whether held by F1 Bru or third parties. As a search tool, F1 Bru dynamically indexes the contents of media used on the internet at any given time from various sources. The indexed contents may only be controlled at source by the party that uploads them / make available on the internet. Should the holder of a copyright consider that her/his right have been breached, she/he must address the source to request its withdrawal.
Modifications
F1 Bru reserves the right to unilaterally modify its service and these terms of service without the need to notify the users of such.
Disclaimer
The users acknowledge that the use of this service is made at their own discretion and risk, thus holding F1 Bru harmless of all liability. F1 Bru neither holds nor is responsible for the content to which the user has access through this service. F1 Bru likewise has no responsibility whatsoever for the quality, availability or performance of the services, or for the lawfulness of their use. F1 Bru is unable to guarantee that the services are up to date, free of defects, errors, bugs, viruses, or that such defects shall be fixed. F1 Bru is unable to guarantee the continued, uninterrupted access to content or the availability of its services. F1 Bru is unable to guarantee that third party content is accurate, complete or that it does not breach the rights of third parties. It likewise assumes no liability whatsoever for any product, application or service advertised or offered by third parties.
Legal
F1 Bru does not capture, record, distribute, upload, host or share any video content / media found on our websites or services. All video content / media are obtained from 3rd parties (embedded / applications / torrents etc.), thus F1 Bru may not be held liable for any such content / media. F1 Bru have no control over the destination of links and or embedded media links, and just removing the links and or embedded media links from our website, will not remove its contents from the internet. Note that linking does not directly infringe copyright because no copy is made and or hosted on any of our servers (the link is just HTML code pointing to the media or other material) and thus this is not a valid reason to send a DMCA notice to F1 Bru. To remove this content / media from the internet, you should contact the hosts (Doodstream / OK / Netu / .torrents / Sport-Video / Reddit / RojaDirecta / Burningwhee1s / etc.) that’s actually hosting the content / media, not F1 Bru. As F1 Bru are merely linking to media / content, we do not generate any income through advertisements / selling of any content. Advertisements are included from 3rd parties’ media, which F1 Bru do not benefit from. We are not working with or are affiliated with any 3rd party’s content / media. F1 Bru have no control over any advertisements from 3rd parties, which may be inappropriate to our site visitors (such advertisements may include gambling & sexual content).
